Transcript density of Arachis hypogaea tissues mapped onto the Arachis hypogaea genomes. Reads were downloaded from NCBI with SRA toolkit. Mapping was performed with Hisat2 v2.1.0, with options "no-discordant and no-mixed".

  • Lateral stem leaf :: Growth stage Boote R1: first flower; leaflets partially open, from laterals n+1
  • Mainstem leaf :: Growth stage Boote R1: first flower; leaflets partially open, from mainstem n
  • Seedling leaf :: 10 d post-emergence; leaflets partially open
  • Vegetative shoot tip :: Growth stage Boote R1: first flower, from mainstem n
  • Reproductive shoot tip :: Growth stage Boote R1: first flower, from laterals n+1
  • Root :: 10 d post-emergence
  • Nodule :: 25 d post-emergence
  • Perianth :: Petals, keel, hypanthium sepals No. 8a
  • Stamen :: Fully open, morning of anthesis; stamens
  • Pistil :: Fully open, morning of anthesis; pistils
  • Peg tip aerial :: From elongating peg prior to soil penetration

  • Seed Pattee 10 :: Large, generally dark pink all over; seed coat beginning to dry out
