Transcript density of A. duranensis X M. arenaria mapped onto A. duranensis genome. M. arenaria infected A. duranensis root transcriptome data was produced by Patricia Messenberg Guimaraes and colleagues. Mapping was performed with the default settings of GMAP/GSNAP package (Wu et al., 2005; 2010). Negative density values are due to normalizing coverage by, e.g., reads per million (RPM) and log transformation of the normalized values.
